Cool Donuts brings a little color to the Endless Night by coating its donuts with glazes bright enough to make everyone forget, for a few minutes, that no one here has seen the sun in generations. The business sells sugar, comfort, and the strange certainty that a second donut will fix what the first one could not.

The display case lines up classic recipes, limited editions, and seasonal creations whose names are always longer than the ingredient list printed in small type. The famous hole in the middle is presented as an artisanal tradition. In ZOZO CITY, even the absence of product can become a selling point.

At Cool Donuts, the boxes are officially designed for sharing. Management knows perfectly well that they will not be, but keeps printing the suggestion on the packaging. It looks good and lets customers believe they had good intentions before opening the box.
