DOCTEUR SMILEY
DOCTEUR SMILEY heals the cases the High Authority closes without action. Even the Golds come to sample his unapproved treatments.
He arrived at the clinic without explanation and is said to have ten personalities. JUSTICE CORP lets it slide: too many suspects in one lab coat.
He patched up BABA L’ANCIEN with remedies made using some products supplied by KROKOSS and REDNOZ. Nobody asks to see his diplomas as long as the patients get back on their feet.
