The High Authority runs ZOZO CITY from The Crown: one President, six Governors, and seven excellent reasons to keep their seats.
Laws, decrees, and forms protect Zozoans from almost everything, including their own decisions. Every rule serves the common good, which was unavailable for comment.
The institution listens to every citizen before forwarding their request to the next office. Power belongs to the people; the High Authority simply keeps it somewhere safe.
