NITE HOOTER
NITE HOOTER governs the Valley, where every startup promises to revolutionize ZOZO CITY before it has even finished its prototype.
He has taken TIGRA WHITE under his wing and is developing Z-NET with her, a computer network meant to connect the entire city. For now, it is mostly machines and a lot of promises.
As STRUMP JUNIOR’s adviser on sensitive matters, he keeps a close eye on the object that fell in the Reserve and was transferred to ZONE 187. Officially, there is nothing to see. So naturally, everyone is looking.
